AWILUX Showroom Receives Distinction

During a meeting of leaders from the windows&doors industry in Gniew, the AWILUX showroom was honoured with the SALON ROKU (Showroom of the Year) distinction.

The 37th Joinery Convention took place in the historic interiors of the Castle in Gniew – one of the most important events for the industry. The convention serves as a platform for reviewing market developments, discussing key challenges facing the sector and defining directions for its future growth. It brings together owners and CEOs of manufacturing companies, suppliers of technologies and components, experts in export, law and marketing, as well as representatives of research institutions.

Organised for the eleventh time, the Stolarka VIP initiative gathered industry leaders in an environment conducive to substantive discussions and building valuable business relationships. The debates focused on key issues such as succession in family businesses, market consolidation processes, restructuring and new management models. Participants also discussed export challenges and the growing importance of product testing and certification, which open doors to new international markets.

- Succession, consolidation and restructuring are currently key topics in the joinery industry. Companies must be prepared both for generational changes and for organisational transformations in order to remain competitive in a demanding market. Product testing is equally important, as it strengthens credibility and supports export development - emphasised Grzegorz Cendrowski, President of Stolarka VIP.

The first day of the event concluded with the ceremonial VIP Gala, held in the castle courtyard. In a unique historical setting, distinctions were presented to companies and individuals who significantly contributed to the development of the industry over the past year and set new standards in quality and innovation.

Among the honoured companies was the AWILUX showroom, which received the SALON ROKU distinction – recognition of the high standard of product presentation, customer service and a modern approach to client relations.

The 37th Joinery Convention in Gniew once again demonstrated that the Polish joinery industry is dynamic, ambitious and ready for the challenges ahead. The distinction awarded to the AWILUX showroom confirms that the space we have created for meetings with clients and partners meets the highest standards of the market.
